This was my anniversary and first time staying here. We were awaken throughout the night by loud screaming and domestic disturbances. I contacted the staff throughout the night and informed them. They were helpful but definitely disappointed in our stay

I enjoyed the property itself, rooms and building were clean, check in was fast. My issue was with valet parking. They brought my car down with a flat tire and did nothing to help, and still charged me for it.

We hadn't stayed here in about 10 years, but chose to stay with the new ownership. Unfortunately, things seem to have went downhill. Our check in process was slow, after a long day of flying, we got to our room and there were food crumbs and leftover residue feom previous guests, the bathroom had dust on every shelf, including where they placed our towels. The bed was comfortable, but thats about it. Seems the customwr seevice is very poor, and not even a single apology when we had to repack our belongings and move rooms at midnight after a day of travel. We do not recomend this hotel.

Was in town for one night to attend a concert at LCA. Loved that we could walk from the hotel to the concert! The room was fantastic! Appreciated the number of plugs and USB ports for electronics. Also appreciated that they were all at waist height and I wasn't crawling on the floor or digging behind furniture to access them. The bed was super comfy and the blackout curtain allowed for a quiet and dark sleep environment. Bathroom shower was fantastic as well. 100% will be booking here again!

I didnt stay at this hotel. I cancelled one month prior to my anticipated arrival. I have proof of the cancellation and that the policy of the hotel is to cancel 48 hours prior. The hotel still charged my credit card for the room and refuses to reimburse me despite the proof!!! The hotel refuses to respond to any messages.
