This is not a 4 star hotel. At the most 3.5. They do not offer daily housekeeping, even when requested. Front desk are pleasant at check-in as are valet. Our room safe was locked upon arrival and it took 2 phone calls and 2 trips to the front desk to get it opened (almost a 2.5 hour wait). At check-in front desk said we can request fresh towels each day and when we did so, they did not arrive. After waiting over 2 hours, we took the towels ourselves from the housekeeping cart. Housekeeping then yelled at us for taking the towels. I was tired of waiting. I spoke with the hotel manager and he said their 9 am person had not come in and so we had to wait until the 10 am person arrived, however it was after 11 am by then. Bed linens, mattresses and pillows well worn. Only food available is at the Casino or DD in the lobby. I was expecting a higher standard of service and quality as it is rated as 4 stars. Convenient for walking to the football game, but otherwise choose somewhere else.

This was a rather disappointing experience. I stepped into the elevator on the way to dinner and realized I was standing in human urine. We had to call the desk 3 times between 1:30am and 2:15am before they would send someone up to deal with the couple adjacent to us blaring their music and fighting. The room was nice. The location and parking are convenient. The service and experience was terrible.

I understand the outside windows need to be cleaned however I was woken up early by loud banging noises I look out the window while I’m sleeping and someone is cleaning my window besides the fact we were woken up they can probably see right in our room.

This was my first time staying here. I booked my room through Expedia, and as a result of being a Platinum member, I asked for a room upgrade, which they kindly afforded me! I had dinner in the ESPN restaurant, which was great! Will definitely stay here again.
