And for some fun, challenge each other to a game of ping pong on the large dining room table. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and closets for your convenience. The high-density, 10-inch foam mattresses ensure a peaceful night's sleep. On the third floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. No matter which room you choose, you'll enjoy the same level of comfort and attention to detail.

Our home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including gated parking, central AC/heat, and laundry facilities. And we've decorated each room with carefully selected furniture and decor to create a unique and inviting atmosphere.
Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve which will request a $250 refundable safety. This application provides all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instructions, full address, WIFI, and more.

▶️Noise complaint fee (After first warning): $100 per complaint

▶️Lost/missing key fee: $65
▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
▶️The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.
