The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room didn’t have any coffee pods, soap, didn’t seem to be restocked from the previous guest. Breakfast omelette station was quick and efficient.

There were a lot of children unsupervised. Running around, using the pool, and water in dining areas. Complimentary drinks limited to unknown alcohols. They are limited to 2 so not sure why low grades are used. Not enough towels for the number of people in our suite-3 Overall the stay wasok.

Check in was outstanding. Customer service during manager reception was poor. We ended up skipping the second drink and leaving the property to enjoy a beverage with good service elsewhere.

I always book forward to breakfast at Embassy Suites. The omelet was good but the rest of the food was cold and seemed like it was recycled. Not the typical awesome ES breakfast. This location could certainly use an upgrade. The bed seemed like it was it was literally broken.
