Stay was terrible!!!!!!!! Walked in the shower was running and the tub had a dirt ring around it. Smell in the room and all around was bad. No night shift manger staff was unwilling to help and accommodate the guest like it was my fault. Nasty bad place to stay

The place was filthy. More like a third world hotel in some undeveloped country. Halls hadn't been cleaned in weeks, bathroom faucet didn't work, toilet was dirty, elevator was full of dirt, smears and crap on the floor and walls. Room was not services during our visit. An open bag of winter ice salt was still sitting in the entry from last winter (or before). Air conditioner vents were caked with dust. No breakfast as promised on our final day. In the past, Choice Hotels had standards. Those standards are gone.

Will not recommend to anyone. We stayed 2 nights. They never come to replace bedding and towels. Heater was not working and when I told at the service desk and said he is going to notify housekeeping. I said nothing. If he’s going to tell housekeeping to fix heater what would you expect from them, I figured not worth it to explain.

When we arrived at the Hotel, we were told there was no room available, even though we had a confirmation no. No offer was made to reimburse us. We were told we'd have to take it up with Expedia. Staff was not helpful or courteous...basically told us "too bad"...When we asked to speak to a Manager, we were told no one was available...Never stay at this place unless you like being mistreated and denied service!

The property is extremely run down and dirty. I was there for 4 nights and I noticed the elevator was never swept or anything. It’s quite a dirty place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, however.

Don’t stay there

Dirty actual blood spots on carpet and on a wall. Dried food on the table. No plug for bathtub. Pool water was very cold and no towels. No phone in one of the rooms and one of the mini fridges smelled of fish so bad couldn’t use it. Hallways smelled of weed. Just don’t stay there.

Hotel is very run down. A lot of damage. Locks on the door to our room were broken. Room did appear to be cleaned well. But the hotel was trashed in other area. It’s dlose to highway and food options.

Walked in and the entrance light was not working. Bathroom had a strong mildewy, musty oder as the bathroom fan was not working. Had to open the window to air things out. Three lamps had to be plugged in. Went to make coffee and while there was plenty of coffee, the basket on the coffee maker was missing. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent, however the toilet had a very loose seat, the shower backed up when used. The bed comforter was torn and stained, during our three day stay no one came to clean the room, we had to go to the desk for towels and toilet paper

The breakfast was sparse at best, constantly ran out of items, and not kept clean. The fitness center is in disrepair. Elevators dirty. The rooms were below average. We reported items that needed fixing in our room and it was not attended to during our 5 day stay.

I booked this for my family. Upon arrival they were very hesitant to enter. Once they entered they immediately turned around and left. The conditions were unacceptable and they didn't feel safe there. Never checked in.
