The room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that you change the design of the bathroom in the room I stayed. There was only a shower curtain between the bathroom and the bedroom, no wall. Also the lighting was not good. If a lady wanted to fix her hair or do make she would need her own light. Also the elevator was broken, and the lobby floors and the hallway going up the stairs were never vacuumed or mopped the entire weekend I stayed. Same footprints on the floor from I don’t know when??

Staff was courteous, the room was clean as far as bed, bathroom. There were stains in the carpet, some parts of the room just looked like it just needed maintenance like crack in the mirror. The tub/shower opening up to the living room was a little interesting. My husband and I did not care too much and will have a good laugh/memory of it, but some guests may hate it as it doesnt give you alot of bathroom privacy.

Review for Wingate by Wyndham Utica I recently stayed at Wingate by Wyndham Utica and had a wonderful experience. Before booking, I visited the hotel to check the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms, and I was impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they kindly showed me two room I was considering. Once I saw how clean and well-maintained everything was, I felt confident booking my stay one day only because i have bad experience before Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great. The hotel was in a nice area, safe, and quiet. It just seemed to be worn on the outside and down the hallways. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and overall, it was nice. It just needs a rehab to be five star.

It was a very nice stay. Front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel was quiet, I felt safe considering I was traveling by myself. The continental breakfast was wonderful. It was a great stay with great staff!
