The staff met our every request with a smile, I'm not sure what the managers name was.. but she was beyond helpful & handled a few rough situations with grace. Thank you for being so accommodating during our stay!

We had the most lovely lady to welcome us for our stay at the front desk. The hotel is going through renovations, and you can see its age in the older sections. We had a renovated room, which was nice. Breakfast had lots of options, and we enjoyed our swim!

The room smelled moldy. The tv didnt work well. Staff were nice and helped get a shorted tv cable fixed. Shower head was not working,toilet seat wouldnt work properly. Banging on walls from construction was loud.

I reserved 2 rooms in advance for friends staying for the 4th of July from out of town. My friend arrived from Chicago in the middle of night, i pre-warned the facility of his late arrival and was told all he had to say was byname. I already checked him in earlier. when he arrived he was told there was no reservation for him and he booked another room on his credit card. the next morning I went in and Jade "fixed" it. But i wasn't sure if it really was. The confusion was so aggravating I didn't even use the other room for my friend, i just took the loss and had her stay in my home. I didn't want her to encounter any trouble, especially because she is with child, and didn't want to risk her being told there wasn't a room for her and I wouldn't have been able to leave my home and escort her to the hotel. I will no longer be looking to your hotel for my out of town guests, the hotels on west rd are more reliable.

Stayed here visiting family. It’s close to the freeway but fairly quiet. Some shopping and fast food nearby. I didn’t use the pool, but others were using it. Standard Continental breakfast.

Outside doors didn't lock could be accessed by anyone And the grounds around the hotel were dirty. I travel with my dog so outside needs to be trash free.
