The gentleman that was on shift when we arrived was so accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, our sleep was a rated about a one. The walls are paper thin you could hear every time someone open the door and I even had to go out at one point and ask somebody in the stairway at 2 AM to keep it down because some people are trying to sleep
Also, the picture I received of what our room was going to look like had a Jacuzzi tub in it when I acquired about it he said that that room cost an extra $200 so I believe it was also false advertisement
The cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards. My daughter, unfortunately, wore white socks, and we were not in our room, long and the short time that she walked around on the floors, her socks were black, and there was still toothpaste splatter on the mirror when we got there so the only thing this hotel has going for it was the gentleman working the counter, and there was no bedbug so that was number one in my book
