"Our full board service was excellent. As a 5 Star hotel, my advise is to replace those months old breakfast cereal with fresh weekly if not daily. The bowl of cereal that on the service table stuck together and the taste had changed. That's below my expectations. Other food was good. "

"The most perfect place to stay for your time in puerto Natales. Walkable from the bus depo and easy walking into town. Check in was easy the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Do not throw out the piece of paper they give you at immigration you need it to check in. "
