"Wow, what a great hotel! Front desk staffers, including Olha and Valeria (and everybody else) were very helpful with transportation, local information, etc. During my stay in September, I found Lviv to be VERY safe, and Bank Hotel has an accessible cellar in case of any alarms. This hotel has a great location, both walkable to restaurants and shopping, but on a quiet street. Bank is super clean, super quiet, with great breakfast also."

"Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv. "
