"The place was outstanding, the only bad experience was at check in. I notice guests were welcomed with a drink and we did not. The employee at reception just called out my room number but explained nothing. We left to find the room ourselves. The rest of employees were super friendly, the accommodation clean and I would recommend to everyone and come back again. Loved the excursions offered too right in the resort."

"To begin, the entire experience from the moment upon arrival to leaving was entirely seamless. We were given a welcome drink and led to lunch as our room was prepared and by the time we were done everything was ready. The room was clean and they made sure to keep it that way by cleaning daily. My husband and I were visiting to celebrate our anniversary and we left feeling celebrated and taken care of. On the actual day of our anniversary, it’s as if it was communicated to the entire facility and they made sure to accommodate accordingly which made it feel even more special. We had also booked a spa service and as someone well versed in the industry (an esthetician myself) it was the best experience I’ve had. Very punctual with their service and the service from the staff was phenomenal. Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond!!!! My husband and I agreed it was the best massages we’ve ever had. The food was AMAZING. I was extremely confused to see mixed reviews about the food but I loved all the options especially Hunter Steakhouse. I saw that people experienced longer wait times but this was not my experience at all. There is a food truck and buffet if you’re looking to get faster food which was so nice! We were fortunate to be there while it was their Independence day as well and they made it such a fun celebration! As well as a buffet of their dishes that were delicious. Already planning to come back!!! Thank you :)"

"The beach is 10/10 , it’s literally the nicest beach I’ve seen on the island .. all the food has been so delicious, we walked to a restaurant once just to try it which is nice to be able to walk to things like stores and restaurants "

"Cocobay was by far the best vacation experience ever. The food, the people’s happiness, the culture, and overall the hospitality was easily 5 stars. Our bartenders and waiters were so personal, and we legit made friends with the staff. Amazing people, amazing place. By the way, to the person who complained about the food portions, you can always order more. It’s all inclusive, don’t be a turd. "

"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! Collette was brilliant and so helpful with everything with fantastic communication before, during and after the trip. We will definitely be back! (Family of 4 with children aged 8 and 4) "
