"The hotel was good and the amenities like spa (sauna, hot and cold pool, steam room etc) was good. We enjoyed plunging into the hot tub and cold pool a lot. Though the Sauna took a long time and we should have run it for 2 hours to get it hot on cold -15 C day. The staff were excellent, especially Kelly at the front desk who helped us a lot. We only got the buffet breakfast only one day of the 3 day stay, but the limited a-la-carte menu was also good. Though the resort fee was a bit high, the service provided was great. Did not try the food or drinks in the pub or the restaurant (which only opened, after a long halt, the day before we left), Only major complain I had was noisy guests who turned up the day before we were leaving. They were in the next room and the group was talking really loudly and we got woken up around midnight and in spite of asking them politely to reduce their noise levels, they persisted for another 15 mins until 12:30, I tried to reach the front desk, but no one picked up the call."

"The rooms were gorgeous and the view was stunning. Restaurant was tasty. The shuttle service was super handy with the rain and he was incredibly friendly. I found the front staff abit cold but they seemed to warm up by checkout. Golf course is incredible. The construction next door was abit annoying but it’ll all be so beautiful when it is complete ! "
