"Our time at Hotel San Cristobal was pure bliss. It is true what they say, all good things are at the end of a dirt road. We were overwhelmed by beauty where the mountain meets the sea, and entertained by the daily activity both on the beach and in the ocean in front of us. Our Spanish is no good, but the warm staff was generous and kind enough to offer a few lessons. Every day was magical, from the sunrise over the mountain at your back to the sunset dipping behind the mountain at your side - we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The food was fresh and delicious, the drinks top notch, and the nightly cookies in your room are a lovely touch. We have no critique. Only gratitude for the thoughtfulness of its creators, staff, and the local community. And I suspect it won’t be long before we return. "
