It is rare to find a hotel where every interaction feels both professional and genuinely warm. It’s clear that there is a culture of excellence at Gateway. Home is never about the location, it's about the people that make a home and the staff made our trip feel like a true "home away from home." This might be the first time where we have felt really disappointed in leaving and going back to home. We would have definitely like to have stayed longer."

"While the room looked spotless, it was having a mild stink probably that of a pest control. Amenities at the hotel are very good. Food is good in veg section which is Zaika restaurant. The non veg section isn't that great. You get only veg breakfast. Art pieces all around the property, water fountains, and sit out areas are a good attraction. The best part is that the property is away from city hustle and you can relax."

"The property has nice rooms, a good pool and a reasonably fair restaurant. The approach road is not good, parking is not enough and some of the staff are indifferent. Their breakfast team was struggling to manage the guests. Our check in and check out experience was poor. They did not have complete info at check in - they said they have confirmation of only one room when we had booked two rooms. They found the 2nd room booking after a lot of effort. Someone parked their car blocking my car and our check out was delayed by 30 mins approx. People kept shouting in corridors even at late night. Washroom jet was too strong - potentially enough to create injury. Overall, we were not impressed "
