"AC was not working, the mosquito net was not closing and I couldn’t open the windows. There were already too many mosquitos in the room. I paid for deluxe room and received a standard room. Breakfast was less than basic. Really not worth the cost."

"The staff took a while to come and outside didn’t look the best but inside was gorgeous and modern, which is a rarity in Bujumbura. So many good hotels in Bujumbura have aged and haven’t been renovated so this is a great, relatively affordable high quality option. "

"Internet, water,and power are turned off most of the day. If you want water for the shower or toilet you would ask the front desk and within 3 hours you would recieve cold water. I stayed there a month with no hot water ever. Swimming pool was a pond open to the community. No TV. This is camping, not staying at a nice hotel. The windows in the 4 different rooms i stayed in were broken. They would move me each time something would brake. "
