The king room was lovely but the stay was a terrible experience. Around 11:15 pm, my husband and I had just fallen asleep and were awoke by people outside our door talking and banging. Employees were trying to get the room door across from us open so other guests could get their things. The key was not working. We had to get dressed, gather our things and move to another room due to the noise. There was no manager available and we were treated poorly. The room we moved to was not nearly as nice as the one I booked. Will never stay here again.

Excellent stay. From the very beginning being greeted by an incredibly courteous and professional EnZi front desk representative, till the very last moment we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Speakeasy bar was an amazing discovery as well. Highly recommend. Great hotel.

Characterful Hotel that was well-renovated in 2019. Big rooms with a new-old feel. Comfortable beds. Nice hotel bar, and food is quite good. Breakfast included is a shambles, though. You have to ask for a voucher, and the restaurant is confused how to treat it, especially if you have multiple people in your room. I bought with included breakfast and they still charged me breakfast.

My only complaint is that I’m pretty sure I reserved a room with a tub, but that isn’t what I got. I also upgraded to a free breakfast but wasn’t told how to obtain it.

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff and service. I was awakened twice in the middle of the night by really loud crashing sounds coming from a nearby building that sounded like commercial dumpsters being emptied. Idk what the hotel could do about that if anything, but it was really startling and is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for surrounding property. The hotel itself is truly wonderful. Thank you!

The old hotel has been updated in a delightful way. The location is great for walking in the downtown area. It's close to a couple of great music venues as well as a sculpture park. On street and garage parking. Excellent (though pricey) restaurant onsite.

It was clean, easy to access and close to the venus I needed while in town. What I didn't like was after the turn down service they only left 1 towel for two people for the following day and they removed one coffee cup only leaving one cup for two people.
