Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, living room with 65" smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's, 2 bathrooms and also access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.

Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

Guests will use self check in and can reach out at any time for quick help! We strive for prompt responses and are here to ensure a 5-star stay!

The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.

**Pet Policy**
Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.
