This property was dirty and run down. It was not worth the money i spent for the night. My room was filthy and the walls were dirty. Ac was disgusting in the vents it had mildew build up. The halls hadnt been vacuumed the handrails were covered in dirt. The building was run down and was in a horrible area. I will never step foot in that hotel again.

DIRTY AND UNSAFE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
This place is so dirty and unsafe it’s ridiculous. We didn’t feel right pulling up to the hotel when there was a broken window in the front but then we went ahead and wanted to see the room. Checked in and they sent us to a different building out back? No elevator so my husband went up to our room and when he walked in there was popcorn and a wrapper on the carpet, not real pillows they were tiny, black spots on bedding and pillows, something red splattered all over the wall, the bottom of the shower was black, poop stains in the toilet, the light fixture had exposed wiring, the carpet in the hallways were dirty turning black and peeling up, there was a fire alarm mount on the wall with no fire alarm, and a hole in the first layer of the door that looked like someone had punched it. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and they said we needed to contact hotels.com. We found a new hotel for the night to fell safe. We contacted hotels.com and they have not been able to get ahold of the hotel for 4 days and now they only want to refund me 25% of my hotel cost because they can’t get ahold of them. I should not be punished because they can’t get ahold of the hotel. I should not have attempted to stay here this has been nothing but a nightmare and a waste of money and time.

The hallways did not look like they had been vacuumed. The door to my room did not latch tightly. The safety chain on the door was broken. Both of these issues made my wife feel unsafe in the room. There were hairs on the towels and sink in the bathroom. A used, dirty washcloth was found hanging on the shower rod. I had stayed at this property in the past and the conditions between that time and this last stay were completely different, being much worse than before.

TERRIBLE. We did not even stay! Gross. We thought we were at the wrong location. Pictures on website do not show the run down, disgusting place this hotel is. Want my money back. Honestly the worst place I have ever seen. Like I said we did not feel comfortable or safe enough to even stay. The place should be condemned.

When we pulled up, there was a broken window in front. There was a chunk of wood broken out of our door. I asked for a fan, never arrived, air conditioner unit very loud- made large clunk when kicking in. Disturbed sleep.

Ice machines broken, pool under maintenance, fitness room closed. Breakfast was out by 8:15. Nothing vacuumed. Had to track down housekeeping for TP. Bedding stained & ripped. Furniture stained. Lawn not mowed. Pictures were obviously not recently taken. Doors appeared to have been broken in. Broken windows right out front. Hands down worst place I’ve ever seen.

We checked in and left within 30 minutes. Furniture and carpet were stained. Entire room was dirty. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Broken windows visible when you pull up to check in.

nasty hotel
This hotel was dirty, they didn't appear to vacuum the halls or the room, pool under maintenance-disappointing but not thier fault, the tv didn't work in the first room we were in, we asked to switch rooms. The first room had a bench that was all stained, there was very little breakfast to choose from compared to the pictures when I booked it, there were flies and fruit flies by the food, very unappetizing, poor landscaping and weed and grass maintenance outside. Will never stay here again

The first room was decent, relatively modern, but the tv didn’t work. After 2-3 times of going to the front desk for help (no one answered when I called from the room) I finally asked for a different room. The next room was not modern or clean, but I didn’t complain again because the woman at the desk tried to make it right by giving me what I think was a suite. I appreciated the sentiment but about midnight, a mouse ran across the room. I went to the front desk again, by now it was midnight, I was angry, but again no one was there. I ended up just leaving and finding a different place to stay. Upon calling to try to get my money back, no one will either answer the phone or they’ll ‘call me back.’ It’s been over a week. I’m done trying.

The only thing that I found positive was the name, Wyndham. Which is a complete misrepresentation of that group of hotels and lodging! Everything was dirty, falling apart, moldy chipping, paint, broken windows. Very dirty not enough staff. We had to grab our own towels and toilet paper and clean out the microwave and the coffee pot. Just the worst place I’ve ever stayed. So sad that the name Wyndham is what prompted me to reserve a room for two nights to attend a family member’s wedding.

If we had not already prepaid we would have left. The area is scary. There is a strip club next door, there are definitely questionable activities going on there. People live there and the clientelle were again questionable. While the hotel itself looked decent, it felt dark and a bit scary. The person who checked me in was on speaker phone with her boyfriend at the same time she was talking to me. VERY unprofessional. Room they first put us in had water on the floor as the AC was leaking.
