Building set in the rock and with large outdoor spaces, whose original construction dates back to 1721, located a few steps from the center of Dervio and the picturesque Lake Como. Completely renovated in 2022 with ecological materials in a Green Chalet certified in the top Energy Class A4, it offers a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
Its strategic position, surrounded by enchanting woods along the Sentiero Del Viandante, allows you to explore the surrounding natural beauty, while the proximity to the lake gives an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation.
The space available to guests
Magnificent building, chic Chalet style, consisting of two apartments, ideal for use jointly by groups of friends or separately by family groups. The first floor is a studio apartment, which can accommodate up to 3 beds, with a sleeping area and kitchen joined by a lovely dining table; in addition bright bathroom with window equipped with all comforts.
This apartment enjoys a private garden with a spacious pergola, dining table, swimming pool and deckchairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy their holiday in the open air.
You reach the second floor with a lovely stone staircase accompanied by the scent of wood; at the end of the staircase there is a small reading area.
On the second floor we find a two-room apartment on two floors, which can accommodate up to six beds; in addition a bright bathroom with window equipped with all comforts.
In the entrance area there is the dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed; the two very large French windows contribute to making the environment brighter, while on the second floor, an entirely wooden mezzanine houses the bedroom with rear windows that allow you to sleep under the stars.
From the apartment there is direct access onto a wooden balcony, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake, and then onto a private terrace of approximately 50 m2, with a large dining table which offers the possibility of outdoor dinners and deckchairs for enjoy the sun and the fresh breeze that rises from the lake during the day and descends from the neighboring chestnut and rubine woods in the morning and evening in complete relaxation. Inside the structure there is a storage room for sports equipment and if necessary you will also find the possibility to charge e-bikes. For your cars (max 3) there will be private parking to guarantee your safety, and for those who are more environmentally conscious there will also be a column to recharge their cars, giving convenience to your travels.
