This stunning home is perfect for couples, families and business travellers alike, with all the comforts of home and plenty of amenities to enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of the city. The house has wifi throughout, parking included, and towels, linen and toiletries provided at the beginning of your stay.

The Space:
This stylish 3 bedroom house in Derby is ideal for families, business travellers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city. With a light and spacious interior, and a good sized garden for you to enjoy, you'll have all the space you could possibly want. There are three bedrooms with comfortable double beds and storage for your clothes and two modern bathrooms (1 with a bath). The open plan kitchen/living area, is bright and spacious with light flowing in through the lovely french doors that open out in to the garden. There are comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV with all the basic and freeview channels and free wifi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils as well as a washing machine. There is also parking for 1 car outside.

Derby is the major regional centre of the Derbyshire Dales. With its winding river, market square, historic buildings and grand Cathedral, Derby is a great place to visit! The area offers the best of both worlds, with the house being set on a quiet residential street, but still being in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. A number of attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral and the Derbion Shopping Centre.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the city is entirely accessible on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main Derby Midland Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is just a 10 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Will be a great location, but not well equipped at the monent
Neat and tidy house in a brand new estate (only really this one street completed, although could not really hear the building work that was going on). Sleeps 6 people in 3 double beds, but only catered for four anywhere else - 4 dining chairs, 4 dinner plates, 4 mugs etc. Main facilities are very nice and looks trendy, but the kitchen was poorly equipped at the start of our stay (no washing up sponge provided, no oven glove and some of the knives in the block were starting to rust. Some of these issues were resolved by the host after we alerted them). The owners have an aversion to attaching anything to walls, so no mirrors in the bathroom, no towel rails or toilet roll holders. There was only one mirror in the property which was just left on a bedside table and was the first thing picked up by the toddler.
Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2022
