The room was very nice, the kitchenette was well stocked and better than I expected. The bedding was very nice. I would've really liked a tub. The mattress very firm, the couch was underneath the TV which is not super functional, and worst of all the TV was extremely basic. Nothing special such as streaming svcs, nothing even standard like a guide channel, just a handful of regular channnels you have to flip through one at a time. I was also very surprised to learn how much parking cost. There was nothing about that when I booked it and it would've been super useful information to haven't

Staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and the maid service was very good. The suite was well equipped with the basics. The area was walk-able to the civic park, which held the Christmas market and also to multiple shopping areas and restaurants.

Overall, it wasn’t horrible. The staff seem to be OK. The facility itself seem to be clean, but the parking is absolutely terrible.. also they had a pipe break on the same day we got there so wasn’t able to use the hot tub or the swimming pool which was the main reason we booked the hotel not their fault but still very unfortunate for us.

This location was perfect for us :) This hotel is across the street from the Denver Mint, walking distance to the State Capitol building, a 5 minute walk to the free Mall Ride bus that takes you all over downtown and up to Union Station. The building feels safe, you use your room key for everything. Free breakfast in the morning. They had biscuits & gravy, eggs, eggs, a waffle maker, etc. You serve yourself, there are plenty of tables to sit at. There is a large designated smoking area outside. It is gated (secure), available to use all the time. You only need a room key to get back in. Me & husband spent quite some time there. You can see the Denver Mint building from the smoking area. It was one of our favorite areas. Staff was very friendly. There is an indoor heated pool & a hot tub in the basement open 24 hours now. I feel like the pool area needed a little love. The pool and spa look dirty to me. My husband said it was just stained because it was old, but .. I wasn't convinced. I was not crazy about the pool. We didn't bring a car, so I'm not sure how the parking situation is. I do wish there was a convenience store or a market nearby. Overall, we loved this place and 100% plan to stay here again.
