My recent stay at this property with my friend was a mix of highs and lows. Our check-in experience was exceptional—the staff was professional, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, setting a positive tone for our stay. The overnight staff maintained this high standard of hospitality. However, our check-out experience was the complete opposite. The morning staff was unfriendly and seemed either annoyed or uncomfortable with us, which was really odd, but also unprofessional and made us feel unwelcomed. Adding to this, the cleaning staff arrived at exactly 11am, giving us the impression that we couldn't stay even a minute longer on the property. This was especially troubling as my friend, who is disabled, needed extra time to navigate the check-out process. My friend was not offered assistance with the luggage cart, and she had to wait for another guest to open the elevator because our access code was disabled precisely at 11:00 AM. The lack of professionalism and the lack of consideration for my friend's disability was shocking and extremely inconsiderate. Due to this disappointing and distressing experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
