The space
Inside the home you will find knotty pine walls, soaring ceilings and designer chef's kitchen with views of James Peak on the Continental Divide. The living room boasts huge floor to ceiling windows with amazing mountain views and a cozy wood burning stove.
In the master suite, you can lay in the king-size bed and stare through the sky lights at stars and planets without dilution of city lights. The large master bath includes a steam shower, soaking tub, and a private balcony with a forest view.
Two queen bedrooms and a full bath are all on the main level. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. Also on this level is the entertainment room with a large HDTV, a wet bar, and a full bath.
*Please note that there are four bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out, but county regulations allow a six-person maximum occupancy at the home.
Wi-Fi – We have high speed internet speed will accommodate work and entertainment purposes.
Cleaning - This property is professionally cleaned and undergoes a strict pre-arrival protocol to ensure that the cleaning is in full compliance of accommodation guidelines.

Cell phone service - T-Mobile has a 5G tower close by and T-Mobile phones are likely to have very good service at the house and in the area. Other than that, you can use Wi-Fi calling on the property. You will not have phone service as you drive up the mountain to the property. Enter the home’s address into your favorite map app before you lose service. Once entered, they will land you at our front door.
Other things to note
Things of importance:
• There is parking for four cars in the driveway.
• From fall-spring, a four-wheel drive car with snow tires is a must as our driveway is steep and snow can be unpredictable. We will do our best to clear the driveway of snow, if it snows overnight and you plan to leave early in the morning, we may not be able to clear it in time, so please plan for this contingency.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping on the property. Inside or outside. If you smoke, please don’t book our place.
• There is a FIRE BAN. No open fires!
• No Pets
• We are on a septic system. No feminine hygiene down toilets. $500 fine.
• No glass in hot tub. $500 fine.
• For security purposes, there is a motion active camera facing the driveway and a doorbell camera.
• Per Gilpin County: Maximum 6-person occupancy.
TRASH
•There is large bear proof trash container in the garage. Please use the trash compactor in the kitchen to condense your trash as much as possible and place it in the garbage can in the garage.
•Trash pickup is on Monday. Place the garbage bags in the trash container at any time during your stay and for sure at the end of your stay. The garbage bin will be taken to the end the driveway on Monday morning. Just leave it inside the garage.
•There is no recycling in our neighborhood so all trash, including glass, carboard, aluminum, etc., must be placed in the large black bags and in the bear proof container.
