Bed’s uncomfortable, bathroom old need to clean the air ducts, shower curtain old and fraying. Needs some shelving in the bathroom for the towels. Bedroom needs a dresser to place luggage. Pullout couch very uncomfortable. Can hear the bathroom flushing from the floor above.

I brought the issue of WiFi not working to the staff at 5:55pm within an hour of checking in. Unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. I had to reschedule two virtual work meetings. The entire night was like a drag race outside my window. Breakfast was fine and what you’d expect for a continental buffet, but the area was a disaster with trash cans overflowing and basic items running out as they did not have any staff to be seen the entire time.
