This second-floor condo is located 11 miles south of downtown Denver, easily reached by car or light rail. Take in a show at the Gothic Theatre (three miles), a Rockies game at Coors Field (10 miles), or an unforgettable live music experience at Red Rocks Amphitheatre (11 miles). The University of Denver is also within an easy, five-mile drive.

After a day of exploring the city or the natural wonders nearby, come home to find ample space to relax. Grab a change of clothes from the washer/dryer, stream movies by the electric fireplace, or step out onto the balcony with a favorite beverage in hand. If you're planning to cook, you're in luck - the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the dishes and flatware you need, and an adjacent dining space for homemade meals and after-dinner board games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
