When I checked out I had expected the front desk person to ask me how my stay was. She didn’t and she didn’t seemed as if she even cared. So I’m giving my feedback here!
When I checked in they gave me a map to my third floor room and told me where the elevator was. When I got to the elevator it had a hand written sign saying it was out of order. So I carried my 50lb suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. When I go into the room the light switch by the door worked but everything else in the room was unplugged!
After plugging in the lamps I discovered 3 light bulbs were missing including the one in the bathroom ceiling light which was a good thing because I wasn't able to immediately see the mold and hair in the tub until I actually got in to take a shower! Even the TV was not connected.
All of this was after a very late check in so I didn't bother to complain, figuring that there probably wouldn't be much better in another room.
This place was cheap so I didn't expect the Ritz. But at a minimum I did expect it to be clean and maintained. The Doubletree is across the street and I suspect would have been a better choice. If you are wondering, I did check out early and found alternative accommodations.
