I like this hotel and have stayed there many times. I am not so keen on their new policy of charging for the light breakfast, which is no different than what is offered many places as included in the price of the stay. They also overcharge for parking now.
I liked the location close to Cherry Creek and I25. The fitness studio is pretty great for a hotel. Top rate equipment, new and clean. Breakfast buffet was $8, unbeatable.
I stayed for a week and didn't have any problems. Service is great.
I chose the location because it was closed to the hospital where I was having surgery the next day. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean.
The man who helped us check in was kind and made us laugh (which is nice after 10 hours in the car). We ate in the hotel’s restaurant and had a drink, but we felt bad that the man who checked us in also cooked our food and made our drinks - he didn’t seem bothered at all though. If we travel this way again, we’d love to stay here again!
All of the staff, particularly the front desk were very kind and appreciative of having me stay there as a guest of Hyatt. I do not typically stay at Hyatt hotels on travel, but will be making a recommendation to my employer that we add you to our preferred list.
