Great stay
Had a great time staying at Jon’s loft! We had a group of 12 and it had plenty of space. Plus darts, shuffle board, and a huge private roof with cornhole. Location is prime. Walking distance to tons of breweries and restaurants in RINO and Five Points. Would definitely stay here again. Jon was great a host with good communication for checkin and checkout (he even let us stay late on Sunday because he didn’t have another checkin, which was super nice)!

The space is very accomdating for large groups! Had lots of beds, sheets, fresh towels, and spacious bathrooms. The location puts you within a few blocks of the baseball field, cool bars and restaraunts, head shops, corner stores and anything else you would need. John was very accomodating and gave us a tour when we arrived. We would definitely come back.

First off the property is amazing. Perfect for larger groups and fit our need exactly. It is located in the a great area of downtown Denver. We enjoyed ourselves being able to walk to everything we had planned. When you're inside the place, there is no loud outside noises that keep you up and the rooftop deck is exceptional. There are plenty of places to sleep. Lastly, and this can't be stated enough Jon the owner is exceptional. He was there to meet us, helped us with everything that we encountered and has great recommendations. Thank you for an amazing Denver experience!

Great Location, Amazing Loft, Fantastic Host!
The look and feel of this modern loft is perfect for downtown Denver. Garaging was secure for all our bikes which kept us relaxed so we could enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable and the rooftop view is amazing. Jon happen to be out of town during our stay but you wouldn’t have known it. He made sure his people were available if we happened to need anything. Totally recommended!!!

This residence is a great location and have all the important ammentities when in town for a Rockies game. The loft industrial design in the condo is fitting for the feel of Downtown Denver. Coors Field provided fireworks during our visit and the roof top deck was the perfect seat. Having dedicated/secured parking was a huge stress reliever.
