The room was dated, no housekeeping and I finally gave up after asking for towels. Bed was also uncomfortable . With that said, the front staff were super helpful and nice.

When we checked in, my grandson had joined us. The person at the desk could not offer a solution to our need for a fold out couch. She kept repeating “unfortunately “. Eventually my cousin suggested a king bed room and everything turned out fine. It would be good practice to train desk clerks on problem solving.

The property itself was very nice and clean and maintained. As far as the area, it’s downtown, what can you say. It’s busy, and there is people coming and going. I noticed there are a Security / Police on the property, which was ok by me. As I was outside, I did have other pedestrians ask me for change or a smoke or what have you, in all big cities that all ways seems to happen. Just be aware of your surroundings and pay attention at all times. Over all experience sit this Hotel was ver pleasant. What happens outside is out of their control, but they property and staff really try to make sure that am their guest’s are taking care of and are safe.

The room had way more than i expected. fabulous gym facility. the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. a full fridge w/freezer was quite unexpected, so i was able to bring meals back to the room, or stop by the nearby target to bring back some food. very helpful staff.

Perfect for family trip!
My family trip was only made better by staying at Home2Suites! The hotel was clean, staff was great, fun games in the lobby, delicious breakfast, rooms were spacious, and the kitchenette was a bonus. The location is prime with plenty in walking distance and close to public transit. Will stay again!

This property is in a great area downtown. You can walk to the convention center, many restaurants, bars, and attractions. The daily fee is pretty ridiculous, especially if you don’t plan on using valet. Other than that, everything was great.

I stayed here for a trade show that was at the Convention Center and it was perfect. The hotel is very quiet and clean, and proximity to the Convention Center is perfect. I would definitely stay here again for the next show I attend.
