I would say there is some age and the capet in our room was in need of a cleaning. Housekeeping was vaccuuming uthe roo. Above us at 9am. Bed was clean a comfy, coffee and breakfast was good for thr price Inwould stay again maybe?

It was not a pleasant stay. We were here on vacation and chose this hotel because it was located close to our destination and because we always use Holiday Inn & Express when possible. We were thoroughly disappointed in the quality of our stay. The staff seemed like they were just there to do a job with no real feeling of welcome or help. The room was not clean...the white socks we used, so not to go barefoot, turned black in a short time. The blackout curtains were subpar. There was so much light coming into the room at night we had to use towels at the base of the blackout curtains and the base of the door. The breakfasts were lacking. The biscuits were small and almost rock hard, the gravy was not fresh, and two of my cups of coffee gave me the surprise coffee grounds when I got toward the bottom of the cup. We stayed for 3 nights and honestly will never stay at this location again.

The staff were really great, but the rooms were run down, dirty and overall not ideal. There was trash and a few bugs in our room upon arrival. The bathroom had holes in the wall, ripped shower curtain, and stains on the floor. Not to mention trash in the couch, on the floor and the sink didn’t work. This hotel needs a lot of work, probably wouldn’t stay again.
