Nice location in the heart of downtown Denver. Great price for the location. Hotel was clean and comfy. Restaurant/bar in lobby was understaffed. Our food order was forgot to put in. Drinks were pricey. But overall great stay.
I liked the room however the restaurant service not great. Asked for no mayo got mayo asked for a certain salad on the menu and they said they didnt have it.
It sucks that you have to pay additional fees for parking. It appears the entire downtown core of Denver is that way.
It forces you to think about how you are going to get around and explore the city. Parking is expensive!
The check in process and parking was horrible. There was one person checking people in and no where to park off a busy downtown street to check in. That process needs to be WAY better.
When we arrived at 330pm there was a line of about 20 guest waiting to check in with just 1 desk clerk. Then as it got down to 10 guest another desk clerk came out of hiding to help. Bumbed no free breakfast but we will hit the nearest Ihop!!
I would like to thank the girl at the front desk. The room I was given had a wall in front of my window. I talked to her and she hooked me up with another room that had a great view. This type of customer service is what will bring me back. Don't lose it.
