The rooms are not connected to the lobby, it’s a separate building. Some rather unsavory characters roaming around the entrance doors to the rooms. A/C sounded like a plane taking off and the noise from the highway managed to drown that out.

Kinda had a stale smell in the room, bathtub was a little dirty as well. Iron was broken and iron board was broken so it wouldn't stand before we even got to touch it. There was only one full toilet roll and half a used roll i was traveling with another person and staying there for 3 days. The location does feel safe and convenient plus their breakfast was pretty good. Overall 7/10 rating still a good stay.

The room was average but had a tiny bathroom. Our room was on the I-70 side and was very noisy all night. Anyone staying here should ask for a courtyard facing room. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and was well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was abundant. Location was convenient. The big negative was the interstate noise.

The motel was labeled as Aiden, NOT BW Plus. So we drove past the check-in area, then had to turn around. Then there was a dog sniffing around at check-in. The bedding was comfortable but the walls were thin and the bathroom small. The fresh fruit for breakfast was great but there was no gluten-free bread, no dairy-free milk and all the cereals were loaded with sugar. The waffles were pre-made so we could not use our own gluten-free mix to make some that we could eat.

Hotel was fairly clean, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The only issue was the hot water didn't come on right away and you had to wait 5 minutes to get your shower going. Could be a bit cleaner as well.

Lovely staff, really clean and tidy. Great place to stay if your not looking for a downtown place. Close to redrocks and the mountains. The outlet mall is just across the road too!! Highly recommend

The floors in our room were dirty and they only gave us one tiny trash can. The only place to take trash was a van in the parking lot that was already overflowing
