The room was covered in bed bugs, mice and roaches, our employer may be filing a lawsuit if not compensated for all that happened including lost wages and travel loss from here to boston

Breakfast was a joke, the scrambled eggs had a plastic consistency, milk for cereal was warm… The room was half painted with holes in the curtain. The overpowering smell of whatever deodorizer they used never left during our 3 night stay, and we did not have the daily service so I believe they must have been pumping it into the room. At times during the night I woke up coughing because it took my breath away

Great place to stay. Me of the cheapest “nicer” places around. Comfortable bed, clean room, hot tub, free breakfast. Walking distance from all you need really. Good restaurants, liquor, gas stations etc. also right by the highway that and pretty reasonable distance to everything. 10/10 would recommend and probably where I will stay from now on when I come here.

Rooms need to be deep cleaned and have some touch ups done. Bathroom light kept going out, was not the bulb but the wiring. Excellent location to be close to Aurora Veterans Hospital for morning appointments.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel was not nearly as nice as it appears online. Room was sparse and felt generally unclean. Multiple things were stained, including walls, bed linens, carpets and curtains. The room had a musty smell, like wet towels, and the hotel in general smelled like multiple types of strong smelling food.

The property looks nothing like the pictures my room was filthy. The sink, tub, and almost every towel had hair on it. The floor felt grimy, there were black marks on the wall and a piece of the wall paper was falling off. I ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else.

The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming - even worse in the room than the hallway. We checked back out only minutes after as the stretch was unbearable. The pictures are not of this property - front desk essentially had nothing to say about the smoke, never offered a refund.

It is very quite to sleep. However it is terribly dirty. The room was smelly and there were spider webs in the ceiling and at the corners of the walls. The refrigerator was full of ice, the entertainment center cabinet handle door missing. We didn't have house keeping for three days, although we requested it in the front desk every day. We kept the garbage tied in bags inside the room for 4 days, no one took it out. We have toiletries only ones in four days. We have to ask for clean towels every night and leave the dirty towels outside in the hall and no one picked them up. The tiquet system for breakfas is ridiculous, since we booked the room with breakfast included. The bathroom door veneer is peeling off and àll the corners are dirty. The wall paper of the room is scratched and dirty. The entry door to the room is hard to open. The light covers are broken in the halls. The elevator is dirty all the corners around. No good experience at all.

Pulled up to property.. Venezuelan gangs running around in the parking lot harassing patrons asking for money..Saw a lady get her purse snatched in parking.. cancelled my stay ..Still got charged for stay no refund by management... Management might as well be out in the parking lot ripping people off too along with the gangs ...taking advantage of families...Don't go there unless you want your family in danger
