Spacious 3 bedroom house with Beautiful Kitchen

Summary:
This large, 2000 sq ft home is great for larger groups and even smaller events. Our kitchen is fully-equipped and features a great bar space for socializing while preparing meals. We also provide smart TVs in all the rooms and the family room, plus a dining set for six people. What's even better is the incredibly-large backyard for outdoor games and even a dog kennel so you can bring your furry friends!

The Space:
This house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood for that good relaxing "out in the country" feel, but can also host small events for graduations, wedding parties, family reunions, company parties, and more!

Guest Access:
Guests will be given a code for the smart lock, a back up key is available in the event you get locked out, and the driveway can hold up to two cars.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet suburban area, close to Lake Lewisville.

Getting Around:
Easy access on and off I-35. Driveway can accommodate two or three vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning supplies are provided for guests who prefer to keep a tidy space during their stay. This is not equipped with an ice-maker, but a convenience store is only 10 minutes away. This location is also in range for most delivery services and rideshare service areas, although wait times may be longer than normal for such requests. Should our guests decide to host an event, proper notice is requested.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests can reach the manager, Tyler, at any point for special requests, additional cleaning services, or to tell him how much you're enjoying your visit!
