The staff was so accommodating. We arrived at 7 they left us keys. They also let us stay later than checkout since we had a late flight. Also went out of their way to find Prilosec for my friend. The entire place was soooo clean. We had an amazing time. I don’t want the secret of this place to get out

We had a wonderful time at Delray Beach Breakers. The apartment style unit was comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen and was right on a beautiful stretch of beach. If you like old Florida charm this is the place for you. We will be back for another birthday trip in 2025.👍👍

The unit we stayed in was disgusting. When we first arrived at 5:30, the main office was already closed. Check in was at 5. Then when we got to the room, it was dirty and some kind of pet hair all over. The bathrooms were falling apart and there was mold all over. If we had another place to stay, I would have left immediately. Thank goodness we were there only 1 night. Even the cable box was hanging from the wall. The remote was sticky and dirty. The fridge was loud!!! It was all we heard all night. I reached out to the front office and told them and all they said was that they appreciate the feedback and that they will do a deep clean. They should have done a deep clean for us. Yuck!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing, we have been unable move into our new place because the storms held up construction. It has been so nice to have a stress free environment while waiting.

The Hotel is perfectly located. Manager, Tracy and all the staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. the proximity to the beach was an extra bonus… Love it. I will definitely return. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

The property was hard to find at night, but I finally found it. I got in late, around 11pm and the office was closed... ghost town. I tried to call the hotel and Expedia, with no luck. Luckily I noticed a small box outside of the office, labeled "after hours guests". Sure enough, there was an envelope inside with my name on it, containing my key. Very stressful until I discovered that. Would have been nice to know the office closes at such and such a time, and if you arrive after that, look in the box. Also, the property is very run down, but no big deal as I'm just sleeping and getting up for a meeting.

It was a nice time. Swimming pool was fantastic. Good kitchen, dining area and living room was spacious. On the downside the vent in the dining area needs to be cleaned. It also sounded like one of the toilets kept running. Overall we had a great time.

Delray Breakers was a pleasant surprise. We booked last minute to get away from hurricane Helene and this place was affordable. It is slightly dated, but they were making upgrades while we were there painting. Our room had a partial ocean view that was beautiful and the lady working the office was so nice.
