Hotel itself was nice, in terms of facilities, cleanliness and decor. The area is good, close to the airport. Staff at reception were polite and professional but it took a while to check in, as often a queue. In the bar, no staff came up to take an order, despite it not being busy at all, so had to walk up up them. It then took 25mins to wait for a pot of tea for two, which cost 1400! Extortionate pricing! We asked reception if they could call a taxi for us but they said they could only arrange the hotel's own transport due to 'security reasons' but costs for a return trip to Haus Khas was quoted as 6000 and the 5km drive to the airport was 2000 - much greater price than taxis charge. Expect prices to be but more at tourist places, but this was hugely inflated.

Some of the staffs there are very rude especially front desk employees. They need to be briefed regarding how to talk with their customers not to differentiate people all the customers are same and should be treated the same way.

1. long waiting for check in and check out, as the front desk staff don't know how to answer questions of customers 2. Broken milk used in making early morning coffee, by the in-room dining team- but first to charge for the coffee 3. Laundry team did not press my blazer but charged me and delivered the item with same number of folds 4. Room is no great for the price that is paid 5. Front desk team don't even know how to smile. 6. Hotel is more interested in extorting more money from guests 7. FInally, they tried to charge for mini bar items that did not consume
