I have paid the room rent only to Expedia still the hotel has denied to accept the payment receipt being issued by Expedia and I had to pay again in cash to the hotel to stay in my booking. Expedia has no concrete point of contact to address the grievance. Truly dishonest guys.

They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience.
