I enjoyed my stay at woodspring, sraff mwmbers was very nice and helpful. I had to reduce my stay 3 days in advance, expedia and the staff was very flexible and got me the refund back.

There was mold in my room and nobodywould change it my room was dirty at check-in and had to be cleaned, there was drug use on the property it's terrible I got judge because my last name at checking

Therebwas an awful smell in the building, in the rooms and in the elevator. In addition to the awful smell it smelled like cigarettes, cigaars and weed. The toilet was dirty and the hand towels where dirty too. This is my first time ever leaving a review.

The best customer service I have received at this hotel came from Betty(I believe that's her name lol) she's always so nice and charming and she makes my check in SO EASY..her customer service makes me want to continue staying here..wish she wasn't leaving😩 Other than that, you guys should really make residents clean up after their dogs in the elevator
