A few minor inconveniences but overall nice
The first day the kids realized quickly their tv didn’t work. I called the front and they sent a man from maintenance. He stated that he had to get the front desk to call the cable/satellite company to resend the signal to that box. Later that night it was still not working and the kids usually watch tv at night so I called again. A very rude lady answered the phone. She told me it would be the next day. We were there 5 nights and it was never resolved. You get towels/linen two days a week, ours was Monday & Wednesday. On Wednesday, someone came in our room with us in it and brought in towels. I didn’t like that. The person above us seemed to stomp around all hours of the night and it sounded as if they were constantly dragging furniture across the floor but this isn’t the facilities fault. There are some things that need to be updated but I don’t want to nit pick. It is an older building which I could tell when reserving the room so the condition was expected. My only other complaint is that the doors dead bolt lock didn’t work and the buildings do not have security cameras. I truly enjoyed my trip and New Smyrna Beach. It is a nice little town with everything you need close by without being super busy.

Loved the decor and amenities of this 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils for family and friends. Comfortable beds, TV’s in every room, and updated furniture, and flooring made this place very enjoyable. Although we could not see the ocean from the unit we stayed in, the walkway to the beach was a few steps away with easy beach access. Flagler avenue with all the shops, restaurants, and bars was just a little over a mile away and grocery and convenience stores were also not far away. Overall a great value and would highly recommend!

The view from the property was breathtaking. It’s our second year coming to stay at sea villas in new Smyrna and it’s definitely a place we will be returning to. It was convent to have the pool and beach right outside our stay as we traveled with three little ones! Thanks for a great vacation

Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves

Clean, friendly employees, kind and helpful. Unit was comfortable bed, clean, it had everything needed, big showers and comfy couch. I love that the windows and doors are thick so that everything is soundproof by default. The facilities are lovely, the pool was awesome, beach access. We had a wonderful stay chatting with other forests by the pool was our highlight. The office staff were great! This is a hidden gem! We will definitely return.

We liked the place except it wasn't all that clean. The kitchen stove and counter area between the stove and fridge was dirty so were the baseboards. It just looked like it hadn't been cleaned well. We caught someone taking our clothes from the laudry thankfully I walked in on it happening and got most if not everything back. My husband would have liked direct access to the beach from the resort but that wasn't a big issue for myself.

Only issue was that we were not aware of the turtles nesting season and we were not able to get together with friends at night and this was a big issue since we went there for a wedding. Better communication when booking about turtle season, not when you arrive at the property. Thank you

Our two bedroom 2nd floor unit was beautiful and had a view to die for!!!!! Seeing and hearing the ocean was just amazing. There were several guests in attendance, yet it was still quiet. We've already booked for next year. Shout out to Beverly n Valerie in the NSB office and Carlo the concierge!!!

The staff gave such fine attention to details. The check in was excellent! The room was spotless! The care package waiting in the room was outstanding. The rooms were all updated and very attractive. Loved the view! I will make this my destination every time I visit this area. Truly a great experience.
