_parking is in back of property ,night arrivals are no issues since there is plenty of landscape lighting
-parking for four cars in back parking area although room for four more in front if needed , must be requested
- Pets are considered ( $ 100 fee charged ) Need approval PRIOR to booking , pets are not allowed on furniture , must be crated if left inside unit , great places to walk pets in park and right across the street , animals must relieve themselves off premises
- prior to approving guest i always ask a few questions like approx ages to make a decision on allowing them to stay at the Croton House II . PLease do not take it personal ! I have put a lot of time and money into this property personally trying to create a vacation refuge I myself would like for a vacation spot . Looking forward to meeting and giving all the travelers around the world a memorable vacation spot !
