This was an accessible room, but was on the far end from where the office, ice, etc. were, so that’s a long way to go for someone who’s not 100% on walking. The removable shower wand was leaking in some grooves and was spraying everywhere, including all over the floor, making a mess.There was no light in the TV corner. The desk was too high, and the heater was hard to control. The housekeeping lady was friendly and front desk was fairly pleasant. I never used the laundry, the Speedway was convenient. Elevator was nice but I was on the ground floor. For those with a car, there’s tons of close dining. I saw no bugs but there was a bit of noise, though it’s a high traffic area.

We were denied our booking and it was canceled early. The instructions said we'd be able to check-in before 6am. At 2:30 am after driving onnthr road for roughly eight hours we were told our booking was canceled. The staff was unhelpful, did not even try to help in any wau but continued to say we could jot get this booking.

This property was close to an event I was attending so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating upon checkin. Let me preface by saying I should have asked to be moved. My assigned room wasn't very clean. A long black hair on my pillow case. Stink bugs crawling on the walls(9). The air conditioning system smelled like feces. I had to turn it off and cover vent with a towel. Some kind of mess spilled on floor by the bed. The room was nicely furnished and everything worked. Amenities were fine. But to be honest the stink bugs gave me the heebie jeebies. Sorry. I should have asked to be moved. My bad.
