Our charming 2BR (Queen) SF home in Kettering, Ohio! Perfect for couples or friends, our STR provides a tranquil escape while being conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Unwind in the comfortable bedrooms, relax in the spacious living area, or enjoy al fresco meals (kitchen fully equipment with chef inspired tools) in the private outdoor oasis. Your memorable stay awaits at our delightful Kettering getaway.

We can help with anything you need during your stay, but do prefer reasonable business hours 8:00am to 6:00pm. Of course in an emergency, we can be reached and would be happy to help. We send detailed unit check in and access instructions at typical intervals in advance of your arrival.

This lovely and quiet Neigbhorhood in Kettering is just a few blocks away from the famous Fraze Pavillon. Also near by is the Greene Shopping Mall with lots of great stores and wonderful restaurants.

Free on and off street parking are available. Best transport is via personal vehicle, but bus lines are close and naturally Uber and other ride share services are in the area.

Cozy is a Single Family Home with 2 bedroom with Queen Beds and 1 bath that has been well maintained. We take pride in offering a tasteful, clean, safe place close to so much in Dayton. We visit the property personally regularly and are very attentive to the condition, decor, and clientele. We decorate and manage our units in a manner that we would stay in as guests, so you can be assured we are ethical, reasonable, fair, and will be grateful for your stay.

This location is just off the main road in area East Kettering. Easy access via I-675 & OH35 to WPAFB, USAF Museum, Wright State, Cedarville University or to downtown Dayton where you will find the University of Dayton, Victoria Theatre, The Schuster Performance Arts Center, many microbreweries and multiple fine dining restaurants. Just ask me and I will guide you!

Please know our place is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is safe, well maintained. You will be close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and just minutes from I675. Convenient to so much, but definitely not hidden off in the sticks!

If you need an early check in, please ask. We graciously will allow 1-2 hours earlier if the cleaning crew schedule will allow. If you need earlier than 2 hours, there will be a $75 charge.

If you need a late checkout, we will graciously accommodate if you request more than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise there will be a charge of $75 if you checkout after 10am.

Please notice the rates are based on 2 person occupancy on the reservation. Additional guests are charge $50/day per person.

Damage Waiver will be applied to each reservation ($50).

If you are bringing a Pet, there is a charge of $150 per stay for 1 pet. (we reserve the right to charge extra for more than 1 pet). No cats, the owner is highly allergic.

Lastly, We love to welcome last minute guests, our company hours are from 8am to 6pm. If a same day reservation comes in during those hours, we will do what we can to accommodate you. We do charge an additional $200 security deposit which will be refunded back within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
