This property is also for long term lease (minimum 3 months). It is 9 mins (3.5km) away from the airport. It is walking distance from Sasa Wharf which is perfect to those who plan to go on day trips to the famous Samal Island. Public transports like jeepneys and taxis are readily available just outside the property. There's a 24hrs convenience store, bakery, wet market, spa, beauty salons, laundry shops, cafeterias, and bars just a short walk from the property.
Guests (up to 4) can access the pool free of charge if staying for a month. Otherwise a fee of Php 80-100 per person will be charged for the first 6 guests.
It is sorrounded with shops. Aside from the noise of the passing plane, it is otherwise quiet most of the day.
There are lots of ways to get around. Public transports like jeepneys, taxis are readily available just outside the property. You can also order a cab thru Grab or Hirna app.
If you want to cook your own food, you can buy almost everything you need just outside the building. There are several stores and wet market that sells fresh fishes, meat, fruits and vegetables.
If you are not a fan of cooking, there are several cafeterias and stalls by the street that sells bbq, roasted chicken, and lots of ready to eat items.
For nightlife. There is a bar just short distance from the property. They have ktv's. Other popular bars are just 5-10mins away from the property by jeepney or taxi.
There's no designated smoking area yet here, smoking is strictly prohibited at the property.
Parking spaces in the Condominium needs prior booking. It is only available for monthly rental of Php 3,500. Otherwise, you can park your vehicle by the main road outside the property.
If you would like to rent a motorbike, we have one available Php450 daily and Php5000 monthly rent. For other needs like car rental and tours just message me and we can arrange it for you at a very reasonably low price.
