This motel was in a more commercial area. A nearby restaurant was VERY nice, but pricey. I had booked though Expedia for a pet friendly room, however, Expedia had apparently NOT communicated that to the motel. I had had that experience prior to this booking, so I contacted the motel to double-check. The motel moved us to a pet friendly room, even though it was an upgrade. They didn't charge us extra which was the only way we could afford to stay there. They even let us book an extra day at the same price. We were able to cook a meal or two in our room. It was pet friendly, and they had multiple elevators, so we usually did not have to have the dog in with other people. Desk staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Everything was clean, and the shower was great! The bed was comfortable. Our only gripe was that housekeeping staff ignored our first hang tag request for more towels and dish soap, so we notified the desk the next day. The desk staff made sure it happened for us.

Great location in Dartmouth Crossings. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were a little on the small side given it’s a new hotel but the beds were very comfy. Only issue was that the parking spaces are very narrow. When we were leaving I couldn’t get in on the drivers side even though both vehicles were parked properly inside their own spaces. I overheard others complaining about the parking as well.

We had a great stay! Hotel and room was very clean, I loved the modern look. My kids loved the pool and slide. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only minor issue was that our room wasn’t ready when we went to check-in, but there is plenty to do around the hotel so we just went shopping for a bit instead of waiting around! Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely book this hotel again

For a newer building it felt very cheaply thrown together. There was a 3 inch wide round hole in the floor next to the bed where they evidently had drilled incorrectly for plumbing and instead of filling it they covered it up with carpet.
