While overall the room seemed pretty clean, the bedding was disgusting. Sheets were threadbare and the cover was wrinkled. Thank goodness I had a spare blanket in my vehicle.

The folks working were super nice and accommodating. Only issue was the mattress pad on my bed was plastic so it was sweaty to sleep. Other persons bed was fine.

This was a terrible experience. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people thru Expedia. Upon arriving, they didn’t have our reservation in their system at all (so they said). I feel like they canceled our reservations by mistake. They offered one last room available (1bed) but with 4 adults I obviously declined. Staff called local hotel and found 2 more rooms. We drove 15 min farther to get to the next hotel of which the rooms were smoking rooms (smelled very bad) and were told by a “local” staying there that it gets real crazy here at night. Ugh!

Severely needs a remodel but room was as clean as you can clean old fixtures and furniture. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Staff was nice. Used to be contacted for railroad employees I just don’t think they have had time to remodel. But the price does reflect that. Overall for the price point- I can’t complain too much. It was a safe, big free play to stay one night at half the price of other hotels in town.

This property is very clean. Both staff members that i have met are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good really good biscuits. Egg and cheese omelet was decent and the sausage links. Was good. They had a waffle maker and some muffin options. The also had some fruit

The hotel was full . There was an event in town. Staff was excellent considering the amount of people. Moisture was a problem. Dehumidifiers in the hall and room smelled wet when air conditioning was turned down. Breakfast was sufficient and got us back on the road!

The property was nice and quiet, just away from the major roadway, but close enough to shopping and food. The room was clean. Breakfast was a nice treat, better than many that I stayed in during this trip. I would come back.

Looked like carpets on first floor got wet with storms as they had fans running in the hall. Also vacuuming at 10 pm airconditioning loud. Also our room had the door left open when we checked in. Breakfast good. O'Charleys restaurant nearby had great ribs.

When we first arrived we noticed water in the floor. It was coming from the a/c and had ran across the floor near the bed. We had to put a towel under it to keep the water from running across the floor. The a/c continued to leak and we had to use multiple towels throughout the stay to keep everything dry. The tile in the bathroom floor was damaged in a few places. The room was nice and I would stay again.

I know I didn't give this full stars. But it wasn't a bad place. The staff was friendly. They went out of there way to help you with all your needs. The problem was, my back was not used to the mattress. Which is more a me problem than a hotel problem.

We arrived to check in and were told that our reservation was canceled by Expedia. What? Expedia sent me reservation confirmation and proof of payment. The front counter staff was very helpful. She helped us find a number to call. She had told us they were booked for the night, but called a manager, and they offered us a room that didn't match our reservation. Im pretty sure the room we got is a room they dont normally fill. The floor has been damaged and needs to be replaced. The tub is very squeaky when moving around while showering. But other than that, the room was ok. The second floor hallway was very warm and had an odor. The hotel is pet-friendly and non-smoking, so I'm not sure the smell. Sadly though, because the hotel is non-smoking, the smokers sit right outside the front doors. The included breakfast is pretty decent! The property is old, but updated on the inside. The pool is not in working order.

Staff were cordial and friendly. The hotel room had a horrible odor. I will never stay there again. No dress mirror. Walls needed repair. Blankets were unsightly and uncomfortable. I do not recommend the Red Roof Hotel.
