LAKE TIME is a well appointed Lake House with all the furnishings you need for a fun filled and relaxing stay at the Lake. All of the amenities and rooms are on one level. Enjoy the amazing views of Douglas Lake from the large deck or while soaking in the Hot Tub! The gently slopping property makes for an easy walk down to your private dock! Enjoy S'mores or picnic around the Fire Pit! The large (oversized) level parking area makes loading and unloading very easy. Also there is plenty of room for parking the trailers so BRING THE TOYS!! The dock can accommodate Pontoon Boats, Ski Boats Waverunners, etc.! There are watercraft rentals less than 2 miles from the cabin. There is a public boat launch less than 10 minute away! Beautiful home
We stayed Aug 29-Sept 1. The house is even prettier in person! The neighborhood is nice, the dock is right in your backyard down a slight slope to the water, the house has everything you will need. We didn’t get to use the hot tub… the heat index was over 100*. But would be wonderful in cooler weather. I want the same shower head in my house they have here!! Wonderful water pressure! We rented a boat for the weekend from H2O Sports and docked it at the house. That was great for early morning fishing. Uber eats was good for delivery groceries but we never had any luck getting food delivered for some reason. Angelo’s At The Point went above and beyond to hand deliver our food to us out on the water! We hope to stay here again soon!

Listing indicated gas grill- gas tank was empty. Towels were left in the dryer and dishes were left in the dishwasher. Property manager, Buddy Merrill, did not try to make it better. We have stayed at 5 Vrbo’s, this was the worst.

Great Lake house
Everything in the photos and description was accurate. Super clean and comfortable. We spent tons of time swimming off the dock and rented a boat from H2O quite a few days. This is not a negative just fyi - a lot time, in my experience, people leave stuff at properties. I.e. floats for the water, random spices, books etc. this property has not allowed that stuff to accumulate. (Which is probably why it is so tidy). If you want it - Bring it or plan on buying it. Bath towels, linens and cooking pots / pans etc were all there as well as a couple board games. Bring some tuperwear if you think you will have many left overs to store!! Great property!

We brought our boat and the dock at Danbridge was very easy to use. The lake is great for just running around with your boat stayed for six days went out on the boat for three days. One of those days was Saturday and not a whole lot of people are in the lake last week of June. House was nice, I did remove the batteries from the clocks as they were very loud, replaced the morning of leaving. I really miss the high pressure that the bathroom shower provides. Excellent place to stay.

Our stay was amazing. The inside was very clean with the exception of gnats in the house. I’m not sure that could have been helped though. We went during the hottest week in June, to a waterfront property. All amenities were provided and the owner was very responsive. The property was in the perfect location. The only other exception I would note was the need for some landscape cleanup outside. We would definitely go back!

The property was just like pictured. It was in a great location to town and boat rentals. We used H2O motorsports to rent a boat for 2 days. They we fantastic highly recommend. The only part of the property that was hard was walking the big hill to and from the dock. Also water level was so high the firepit was underwater and unusable. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Time! Beautiful lake home. It was a short 20min drive to everything we wanted to do but we were far enough out to where we didn't have to deal with the traffic. Buddy was great with any questions we had. Already planning our next stay!

The property had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the back porch for the views and peacefulness. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The drive to the property was on very curvy roads but we got used to them. The weather was perfect!

Extremely clean, good location.
Cleanliness is my number one factor when booking. This place was immaculate. Buddy the host was great, informative and responsive. There is basically no checkout list and that's how it should be. We pay a cleaning fee, we should not be handling basic cleaning. Nice location on the lake. Lake was very low and we couldn't use the dock though. Obviously that's outside of the host's hands.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway very much! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space to eat, hang out, relax and sleep. We loved the outside areas - deck, fire pit and dock/lakefront. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location, very clean, and lots of fun!
We loved our stay at Lake Time! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We brought our boat and went out on the lake everyday. The location of this house is perfect and is very close to the Dandridge Dock. The house is located at the end of the cove in a very quiet neighborhood. The dock was nice and just the right size to tie our tubes off the side for our kids to play and float on. The fire pit was perfect and relaxing. My husband, father, and son fished every day and they caught bass, crappies, and catfish right from the dock and shore. The cove is close to a marina where you can get gas and something to eat. There are several restaurants along the lake that you can boat to and dock, then go eat. The owner, Buddy, was easy to stay in contact with. We cooked at the house every night and one night we had an issue with the oven. He immediately ordered a new one and had it delivered to the house, gave us a $250 refund for the inconvenience of not having an oven, and took care of everything. My kids loved the hot tub, swing, and arcade. They were so sad when it was time to leave! The screened in porch was perfect for sitting and drinking coffee while taking in the quietness of everything. We have been to Watauga Lake and Cherokee Lake this summer, and this house and Douglas Lake are by far our favorites! We will definitely be back! Relaxing at Lake Time
The house is exactly as advertised. The dock is in a super quiet cove and we realized we should have started doing lake trips a long time ago. Great kitchen cookware amd gadgets. Hot tub was nice as well. Buddy was super responsive with all questions. The arcade was a hit, especially the say it poured rain all day.

Lake Time was all we needed!
This home is great- gave us everything we needed for the week and then some. The lake access/dock was perfect and felt very private- we had our own little section of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (including measuring cups, cork screw, etc.) The kids room is top notch (could use a nightlight), and so cute! Board games and bouncy balls in every drawer was a nice touch for them. Kids loved the tree swing also! You can't beat the location and the house is well taken care of inside. Lovely lake house theme throughout. We would absolutely stay again and look forward to many more memories at the lake!

Perfect lake vacation!!
This lakefront house was exactly as described. In a great quiet neighborhood and VERY CLEAN!! The dock was perfect for our 16-1/2 ft fishing boat and was great to lounge on and float in the lake. Buddy was an amazing host and answered all of my questions quickly. Thank you again for sharing your home with us and helping us create lifetime memories of Douglas Lake and the Smokey Mountains. Very relaxing, far out but close
Our trip was the weekend of June 17. Buddy our Host, made communication very easy! We picked this property to fish at with our adult handicapped Son, although just one catfish was caught, due to a 'poor fishing forecast'. It made for a good visit, as we enjoyed our kitchen prepared meals and hung out back at the cove. Bring your favorite Kcups, drinks, yummys and sit outback, you will love it. We could feel the breeze from both sides of the property. I will message Buddy privately about a few things, suggestions. The screened in porch was nice for when it did rain. A servers tray would come in handy, to bring food/drinks outside & or down to the picnic area. Its a bit of a long & slight incline out back, but just take your time. The hot tub was perfect.You can access Dandridge or Sevierville, there's alternate routes as to if you want winding roads and trees or to go through town. Interstate 40 and 81 are easy to access. You can reach the tourist area also by using Douglas Dam road or by the Bush' bean plant. Scenic English Mountain area. The National Park charges $5 a day (except for handicapped parkers) so look into info that before you head to the Forest. We tried to rent a Kayak from the place suggested as in the guests info, but they would NOT rent to us overnight. I even mentioned where we were staying at. That did hurt as I really wanted to kayak some. Perhaps the property owner can get a couple kayaks to belong at this property, hint hint. Respect this property!

Great Stay At The Lake!
House was very clean and comfortable. The arcade was a big hit! Everyone enjoyed the lake and dock. We'll bring our boat next time and there will be a next time! The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of activities! Got to see deer roaming the area just about every morning! Covenant to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky's. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Place was amazing and would definitely recommend for a great family getaway!
