"The hotel was in an ideal location. Our room was very nice with warm heating via aircon. A big disappointment was the fact that major renovation works were being done. Although this did not impact us to much there were building materials all around the ground floor areas. We also understand that works have to be done at some point and we are sure it will look very nice when completed."

"Lovely hotel and location, Short flat walk by the river into town past several riverside restaurants . Breakfast was excellent.We saw turtles from the restaurant between 9 and 10am.They will eat a little cheese but not bread. Drinks and food prices here were a bit higher than some places. Half board was a reasonable option and they were flexible if you wanted lunch instead of dinner and also would provide a vegetarian option . Otherwise it is just one choice like soup, fish , desert. Personally we opted for bed and breakfast and ate out most days. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Beer was £4. Per 50cl bottle Efes, in town could get at nearer £2.
