Our stay here was not a good one. 2 nights in a row we were woken up to the fire alarm and evacuation. 1st night about 1:30 am and the 2nd night about 3:30 am. First night the water was shut off and not turned on till the next morning about 10 am. When asked if there was water the front desk person said no in a rude tone and that my husband could buy a bottle for 2 dollars. So he purchased 2 just so we could brush our teeth. The morning of checkout we smelled gas about 2 windows away from the front door. This made me wonder if there is a gas leak that the company is not aware of. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Very Unprofessional staff and had no water
Very poor service from the front desk with excess fees added. Fire alarm went off every darn night in the middle of the night, woke up to no running water to shower and the clerk was unprofessional and rude. I Do Not recommend to stay!!! Look elsewhere

There was a flood in the middle of the night which set off the fire alarm causing all guest to be awaken and evaluated. There was another fire alarm a second night. The horel is a little dated. There is no pool.

Subpar property due to excessive heat within interior hallways and stairwells; several conman areas with unsanitary conditions. I was told that they didn't have any rooms and would moved to another hotel. As they were working on that they found a room in the same hotel. Less an hour later, an alarm is since our to leave the building immediately because a fire has been reported. I left after firemen and fire trucks left because they had me blocked in. The parking lot is uneven in spots, which led to my falling, severely spraining my ankle, destroying my cell phone and expensive shoes. In general the place needs a lot of maintenance. The time have some mold in them, especially the walls in the bathrooms. The bathroom was pretty dirty, particularly the shower, which did not appear to have been cleaned at all. And the shower drain was extremely slow. On a more positive note, the laundry machines are free and the rent out small appliances like toaster ovens, air fryers, rice cookers and so on for free, and the kitchens have most of the stuff you would need to cook.

The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The treadmill at the gym wasn't working but at least I was able to use the elliptical machine. The studio was clean and had all the amenities and utensils I needed to cook my own food. My only real complaint was the housekeeper never once cleaned my room, and that the carpet really stank -- it smelled like old and pungent cigarettes from 10 years ago. But again I will reiterate the utmost friendliness of the person working the front desk. So overall it was still a good experience.

I’m only giving it a three stars because the first two nights were fine. But when I went back to my room for a third night of rest after a long day all of the lights were on, there were towels all over the floor and tap covering the sink and shower. I guess maintenance was working on something in there and I was not notified. Being a solo female traveler this made me feel unsafe. So I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. Which they did help me with but when I got to my new room the smell was soo awful. It smelled like someone had smoked in there for years. I went back to the front desk again and asked if they had air freshener they could use they gave me a spray that I used every hour! The AC Barely worked. The sheets were dirty couches were dirty. Really an every thing was just dirty I was scared to touch anything!

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel here. I arrived around 10pm to check-in only to find that there was nobody at the front desk and there was a line of 6 people waiting to check-in. There was a sign that said someone would be back in 20 minutes, but people in line said they had been there more than 20 minutes. I sat down to wait and 30 minutes later a worker finally came in with a bag of fast food. He apologized and said he had been at a concert. I waited as he checked the people ahead of me in, when he got to me 15-20 minutes later he stared at the screen for like 10 minutes and said he wasn't sure if the remaining room they had was clean. He ended up giving me a key and when I went to the room and opened it the door latch was on. I heard someone's voice asking who was there - that's right, he gave me a key to a room with someone in it. I'm sure that person was scared to death since it was past 11pm at that point and I think they were asleep. I went back to the front desk and the worker apologized. I asked him if I could just get a refund so I could go to a different hotel. He said that would be no problem. A week later there was no refund, so I called and asked for one. After three different calls I finally got half of my money back, but they still won't give me the remaining money, even though they didn't have a room when I got there. Avoid this place like the plague.

The property was supposed to be smoke free and it wasn’t. There were also strong chemical smells which caused me severe headaches and nostril burning. The property seemed very unsafe especially in the parking lot there were no lights. The towels seem dirty.
