The management is the worst. Room service, take dirty towels, fold them and put them back as if its washed. They are nasty people. I told the management, and they did it the next day. Disgusting and unsafe. Rooms nasty, hair everywhere on towels and sheets from the previous customers. They must refund my money and pay for this Disgusting mistake.

When we opened the door the first noticeable thing was the stains on the bed. The place was just unbelievable nasty. When we went to front desk he tried to explain that they were clean just stained that they can’t afford to buy new ones. We asked for another room he said that wasn’t available. So we went to son’s apartment which was very small and sleep on floor. The next morning I went to try and get a refund for next day which he told me I could get then when I get there I was told to come back at 11 which I did then he says no I can’t get a refund so I paid $220 for a room I did not, could not use.

Location only plus point of this property . Negetive points include bad attitude of the ,manager, dis interested in helping customers, lousy sheets burnt by cigarette butts, manager not willing to change them stating all smoking rooms have sheets with holes. Safety in the area is a big concern. Police should visit the property often to ensure safety.

Little old, but not bad. Nice restaurants nearby.
Not bad, but no great . I say below average. Hotel didnt have reservation so i had to call my travel agency. However the weird part is that i had wait outside the building becuase they keep the front door closed even during the day. I reserved non smoking, they gave a smoking room . The front desk guy just doesnt care for customer service.
