The automatic front doors did not open automatically and seemed to have been broken for some time. It seemed to be in a bad part of the neighborhood. The pool was extremely cold. Our a/c filters were dirty. My husband had to clean them in order for our room to cool off. But the staff was very friendly!

Noisy but nice
The room we had was very spacious, but we were on the main floor and we heard everything throughout the night - doors slamming, and whatnot. Breakfast was mediocre. The air conditioner was also very noisy.

Toilet and AC issues
The toilet was not holding water in the tank! Once you flush the little red rubber cap stuck! We have to reach in and fix it! The AC cover (the whole front) kept falling off! Besides those two things everything else is good.
