Did I miss something?
This is the first hotel I've stayed in thst didn't clean the room daily. In my case for 3 days. After no one came the 2nd day i asked at the desk and was told they do t clean every day, anf that he would put me on the lisy for the next day. By then i had run out of bath towels and when o asked for one i was told he didn't have any. There were also many dogs, some of which barked a lot and loudly.

Typical hotel motel no room service for making up the bed. Asked for towels and they only could bring us two on a three night stay. The breakfast was good not great but good.

Hotel downgraded my room. Said they gave away my room even though I had a credit card to hold the room. Committed to refunding me for moving me to a cheaper room. Manager said he would take care of it personally, and he didn’t. Front desk called him when I was checking out and he committed to call me on Monday to resolve. Never received a call. Went 2 days without housekeeping, even though requested twice. Will never stay here again.

I was put in a room on the 4th floor and the parking lot was empty. The first room I went into had a smashed TV. I let the front desk know and they moved me to the room next to the first one. This room did not have a fridge. So I go looking for an ice machine. Sure there is one on each floor, but the only one that worked is on the 2nd floor.

Worst experience ever..DO NOT BOOK HERE
I had booked this hotel months in advance. When we arrived, we were given a room that was dirty. We went back to the front desk and were told that we would get another room, but the front desk clerk wanted to check it out first, after he returned he said it was good gave us the keys. When we went up to the room, the key did not work so I had to go back to the front desk and the clerk came up with us to open the door and there was somebody asleep in the room. The room in fact was not empty and available. Not sure how he went to check on the room and then came back and told us that it was fine when it was occupied. he then proceeded to tell me that there is another room that I can have but one bed will not be made due to a previous guest needing two beds so they checked out of the room but the rest of the room should be fine. We get to our third room and it is completely filthy. Trash coming out of the trash cans dishes everywhere both of the beds are completely messed up. We go back to the front desk where he proceeds to tell us he has no rooms to offer us and our reservation has to be canceled and refunded. By this time its 11 PM at night and he is telling us we have to try and find another room. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
